Got Vitamins??
Most of us here have been working on long term preps for, well a long time. Certain foods, however, simply do not have a long shelf life no matter what you do. With things around us starting to accelerate now might be a good time to increase our stores on these items. Oils are one(this was in fact talked about a while back), vitamins are another. Might be a good time to stock up on long term garden seeds. I recently picked up aluminum foil at $.01 per square foot. CHEAP!!! and available... and lasts forever.

Another important substance I hear nobody mention is SALT.
Also, make sure you stock up on electrolytes like Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium. |
Re: Got Vitamins??
Don't try and save money on vitamins. Cheap vitamins do more harm than good. Also, use true sea salt. Pink, gray. No white, it's been processed and the minerals removed.

Re: Got Vitamins??
Does anyone remember which vitamins are lacking in typical food storage grains and legumes? I seem to remember it being B vitamins, but Walton Feed doesn't have their site fully functional right now so I can't check.
